Environmental Baseline Surveys

We conduct baseline surveys to set a benchmark for future monitoring programs. Baseline surveys include – vegetation mapping, habitat assessment and biological surveys for onshore and offshore environment

Environmental Audit

Excefort Environmental conducts environmental audits in line with local and international regulatory requirements. This includes environmental compliance audits and environmental management audits.

Environmental Site Assessment

Excefort Environmental provides environmental site assessments (Phase I and II) in line with ASTM Standard Practice (E1527) and local regulations for industrial and commercial clients. Our team has broad experience in quickly identifying potential environmental liabilities and risk management.

Project Experience

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments- conform to the ASTM Standard Practice (E1527), local regulation requirements of your organization, and/or your lending institution.
  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to confirm or refute suspect conditions, such as soil and groundwater impacts from industrial releases, underground storage tanks, etc.
  • Phase I Impact Assessment of Shell Petroleum Development Company OML 30, 42 & 59 Assets to assess the extent of liability being transferred to an investor.

Compliance Monitoring

We provide environmental monitoring to ensure you stay compliant with standards and regulations while keeping you up-to-date with current international best practices. Our team’s competence in monitoring and testing allows us to offer innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs, even for purposes of investigation. Compliance monitoring services include: Formulation and implementation of compliance monitoring strategies. On-site compliance monitoring with inspections, evaluations, and investigations including review of permits. On-site compliance monitoring including data collection, review, reporting, oversight, and support.
